Rude staff, uncaring, don't care about patients
Extremely rude back office staff, not patient centered, uncaring, selfish. Absolutely will never return.

Poor communication
I went in as a new patient. They charged an outrageous insurance copay. Dr. Moore was bad at clear communication. The office staff was just as bad. I will not return.
