When you visit Dr. Martinez you don't feel like you are being talked down to or rushed. He takes the time to listen to you and your situation. He is very laid back and professional. He's the kind of guy that you would like to hang out with. Great guy!

My experience hasn't been good. His staff is slow to process referrals and when calling you have to jump through a tarzana treatment center phone line to get a hold of anyone. When he finally does see his patient he just seems tired. Like he could care less about whats going on with you. I don't feel cared for and def am not his staffs priority. He isn't even my DR but is always covering for my DR. I switched insurances since they somehow managed to assign me to a clinic. Never again, hopefully.
