Very unpleasant experience. Condescending, rushed and rude. He couldn't get in and out of the room fast enough. As he ran out of the room i asked if he could take a quick look at a skin tag and he said "no, make another appointment ". I Will never go back to that practice.

I called this practice to see my MD, Dr. Utrecht. The front desk said that she was no longer in practice and set me up with Dr. Hindman. I've had a previous appt. with him years ago which was awful but thought I'd give him another chance. What a MISTAKE! He was worse than the last time! Dr.(?) Hindman rushed in and out, didn't listen, didn't read the form I filled out, spoke over me, gave me a "possible diagnosis" info sheet which was attached to a different patient's name, address, etc. Prescribed 2 meds to ease itching - I kept telling him that I didn't have any itching! Was supposed to do a full body scan for cancer but refused. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine! I will contact my insurance company to advise that he not be paid for what was a worthless and frustrating waste of time!

In 2014, I visited Dr. Hindman concerning a shadow over my top lip. Let me be very clear, Dr. Hindman was my only dermatologist while I lived on the Eastern Shore. He told me that he had nothing for this shadow. He also said do not visit any of those skin centers. Well as fate would have it, I relocated to the NOVA area and visited another dermatologist who immediately subscribed hydroquinone. The shadow was gone within a couple of months. I cannot for the life of me understand why Dr. Hindman would not prescribe HQ especially since it is at the disposal of every dermatologist in the U.S.A. Dr. Hindman, that was very mean and inconsiderate.

He was awful and condescending. Could not get through the appointment fast enough. Asked if I should see another doctor for treating some cosmetic skin problems, he said I didn’t ask to come here in the first place! Zero bedside manner. Needs to be schooled on how to treat customers. Very insulting.

Transferred care to dr hindman and had to wait several weeks for an appointment but was very happy with him and his staff. Had some trouble finding parking. He was right on time, his office is very efficient. He found two skin cancers on me. He is very kind and his staff are great.
