Had this doc for many years and receptionist Trudy Hetzel was always rude and unkind. She refused to cooperate with simple requests and went out of her way to argue every point. I never owed any balance after many visits but when I left their practice, I received a bill for $140.00 which should have been covered by health insurance like before. Instead, she chose to bill me and report it to the credit bureau. I strongly urge anyone to seek care somewhere else.

Always traveling and never open. I understand he has every right to travel, but when you do as much as he does it would be nice to let your patients know especially for those that require a monthly visit and also since he advertises that he accepts walk ins. Definitely changing providers.
