Long wait time
I waited an hour and half in the Urgent Care waiting room and then once called in another hour and half to be seen by the Doctor. Doctor was rushed, disregarded my concerns, left me with more questions then answers.

A very patient doctor that takes the time to listen. He’s understanding, caring and always spend time listening to what brought a patient in to see him. He takes his time and goes beyond to find the specifics of an ailment and a solution. A great doctor.

I was rushed and disregarded. My concerns were pushed aside and labeled as minimal. Relied on an X-ray and basically told me to continue my sport with injury. No referrals to further explain possible pain by a specialist or testing. Just sent me on my way. I'm over training was my diagnosis. It was a push out the door.
