Dr. Friend was very nice, but during my surgery he let his intern insert the tube down my throat without my or the doctors permission. My doctor was angry after the surgery, and my parents didn't tell me what had happened until I could talk again because they were afraid I wouldn't be able to talk or sing the same. Before the surgery, they told me I would, afterwards, be able to eat normally, with just be a little tickle in my throat, but because of Dr. Friend, I could barely talk for days.
