Cle Clinic Website claims specialty in Menopause
At first, the doctor seemed kind as a person but then you get a bill where he put multiple billing codes in for your wellness pap visit and did not even prescribe an estrogen patch or progesterone of any kind. Menopause should be removed from the Cleveland Clinic’s website bc all I got from him was a referral of which I didn’t need bc I have a pcp that would have done that and my insurance doesn’t even require a referral. This doctor failed in holding true to one of the fields he claimed to specialize in. Do not go here if you expect menopause or peri to be one of your concerns you will be stuck with a bill and nothing in return. My insurance covered my wellness exam but apparently he also charged for an appointment to bill for the referral. Double dip much? I won’t be back and I do not recommend anyone else to see this doctor at this point. I even called to remedy the problem and he denied even charging me this extra billing code. Claimed he only billed for wellness.

Excellent Physician with a wonderful bedside manor
He listened to my concerns and helped resolve my GYN issues. He was very personable and took the time to listen to me.

I've been seeing Dr. Emery for two years and while he's a nice doctor, the communication issue has been a problem - MyChart messages not answered for mammogram questions; prescriptions called in incorrectly and e-scripted incorrectly multiple times. The errors have been both with him and his office personnel.

I have been a patient of Dr. Emery's for at least 10 years and he is fantastic, he is gentle and kind. Truly makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Excellent bed side manner, kind and compassionate. When calling his office with any issue/problem he is quick to get back with you.
