Dr. Duncan has been treating my compression fracture and my spinal stenosis for over a year now. He is very sympathetic to what the patient is going through and I appreciate his expert advice and treatment.

Dr Duncan listens to concerns, answered all my questions, has a great bedside manner, didn't make any guarantees or any promises, but did assure me that he would do his absolute best regarding my condition and situation to get me out of pain, which is all you can ask for from any surgeon. I recommend him!

This was my first visit with Dr. Duncan. I brought in an MRI of my lower back and he took newer x-rays of my lower back. He listened to all of my concerns and answered questions on possible treatments including pain management. I was very pleased to spend ample time with me and answered all of my questions. Dr. Jonathan Duncan is an Excellent Orthopedic Surgeon, is professional, listens attentively and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Duncan is knowledgeable in his medical field. My visit with Dr. Duncan was terrific. He described in great detail my condition- the causes and effects. As someone with extensive degenerative disc disease and scoliosis, I had suffered from lower back pain for several years. Dr. Duncan masterfully performed my spine surgery in December of 2023, delivering pain relief and allowing me to resume a more active lifestyle. Dr Duncan performed cervical spine surgery on me on May 21, 2024, doing some extensive 'clean up' and fusing of C4 through C7. During the entire process he was extremely patient and informative about the entire process. His PA and staff were always courteous and helpful as well. When it came time for the surgery, I was expectantly nervous, but again, his staff and surgical team made me feel at ease and the procedure went better than I ever imagined. My recovery is going GREAT, the pain in my back and arms is gone, and I cannot praise Dr Duncan and his team enough! I would happily refer this team to anyone going through some sort of spinal issue. Always, Dr. Duncan listened to my concerns and responded with caring, thorough responses. I went in with a pain level of 9 and now, after surgery, I have no pain. I went from being in a wheelchair to walking on my own. Dr. Duncan is highly skilled! I have recommended him to several friends who are in pain.

I had been having lower back pain for at least a year and needed to find out what was causing so much pain and what could be done for it. Dr. Duncan explained what the CT scans taken of my lower back and pelvis were showing and what my options were for treatment. He also went over everything with my husband and was very thorough. He took his time and was very patient with us.

I saw Dr. Duncan for the first time with a great deal of pain in my lower spine and left leg. I explained that I had also been falling because my left knee kept collapsing without any pain or warning. I showed Dr. Duncan my swollen left foot and big toe that were causing me a LOT of pain. Dr. Duncan said that he would speak to an Ortho Foot and Ankle Specialist to see if they could 'squeeze' me into their schedule, and they did. Their kindness saved me a long wait at an Urgent Care Center. Dr. Duncan also referred me to an Ortho Knee Specialist to request an evaluation on the instability of my left knee. Dr. Duncan also verified what type of exercises I had been doing at home. He physically demonstrated several exercises and positions until he had a good understanding of my exercise routine at home. He then referred me to Physical Therapy with instructions on healthier exercises that would help my spine. I trust Dr. Duncan's decisions on my healthcare completely. He is VERY thorough.

Doctor Duncan told me what he was going to do through mri. And the best part is that I’ve had shooting pain going down my right leg for two years. But after the surgery I am pain free and I love it I hope this doctor stays around for along time
