He had my health in high concert
The requirement that a 100% disabled veteran was required to sign a financial responsibility form when VA had agreed to be responsible. It caused me a high level of grief and the financial department should review and change their policies, for this reason I would not recommend the company to veterans that have been referred by the VA

Great group of staff and Doctor.
The entire staff was very friendly. The doctor has great bedside manner and listens thoroughly. He talked with me and came up with a plan that we both agreed on as the best option for my case. Great overall experience.

A to the point Doctor.
I visited him and he immediately took control of the situation, saying the Prostate was enlarged and he needed to operate. I was line up for the 27th of last Month but had a Heart Attack right before. So I’m waiting for a later date and time to get this done. I feel very confident he can fix my issues.

Excellent Experience!
I found Dr. Demeter and his staff to be knowledgeable, caring and capable. Dr. Demeter was familiar with my file before meeting with me (vs. briefly skimming over it during my office visit), and he didn’t make me feel rushed. He answered questions clearly and patiently, and I learned a lot about my urinary tract during my visits. He referred me to physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, which has helped very much with some of the issues I was experiencing.

I felt dismissed
Spent more time looking at his electronic medical record than looking at my face and really hearing me. Immediately offered medication for my "run of the mill" issue and didn't entertain any interest in alternative methods of treatment. Quick visit, I felt dismissed.
