Patient and Fully Explains the Procedure
Doctor was very patient, took the time to fully explain the CTR procedure, and answer all questions. Very personable and knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed like sometimes happens in a medical setting with busy doctors - he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed on the procedure. First time seeing him for anything but would definitely recommend him to others.

Had 2 Xrays of foot done after a visit to ER for tearing up my foot. Wanted me to come for a 3rd Xray because he could not get approval with ETNA insurance for an MRI. I've never been through such a racket by a Dr. Maybe he should take better notes or work harder when submitting MRIs for approval since their 3k for insurance. I'm still limping around and am going to another orthopedic Dr.

Dr. Cotton saw me through a major leg fracture and continues to help me along with my bad knees. He has always spent the time to talk me through all my concerns and is up on all the new procedures that are happening. Great personality, makes you feel very comfortable to talk to him about everything.

Saw the doctor once after waiting 45 minutes in the lobby. Ultimately need to have surgery, and was told to call back to schedule an appointment. Have made multiple attempts over several days to schedule the surgery, but they have one scheduler, Betty, and she does not return calls. During the day she works with the doctor's, and that's it. They have one scheduler, and she does not schedule appointments. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration, and go anywhere else.

He diagnosed me with a stress fracture of the right foot over the phone after reviewing an MRI. He immediately recommended I come in for a permanent cast and use crutches for 6-8 weeks without first trying a walking brace/boot. I called him three times to discuss his recommendation. He never returned any of my calls. As a result, I sought medical advice elsewhere. I don't appreciate not having my phone calls returned. Apparently patient's concerns are not worth his precious time! NOT RECOMMENDED
