He is the best doctor I've ever had! I will not see another doctor as long as I have him as my doctor. He's always made me comfortable and is very nice. He is very family oriented and professional. I've seen him for 10 years. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Hands down best doctor ever!

Dr Tarpley had been my parents MD since he came to Collom and Carney until my dad’s passing in 2014 and still is my mom’s MD. After seeing him take such wonderful and understanding care of my dad during his critical stage 4 bone cancer. Our not having a MD for appx 6 years or so after the passing of our MD, my husband and I felt that Dr Tarpley was to be our MD. We had grown to appreciate his care, appreciation and pride in giving his best to his patients! We became his patients. No Regrets!!

My first few appts with Dr. Tarpley he did SEEM like a Caring Dr. But that turned quickly when he was NOT honest with me when sending me out-of-state for COUNSELING. I ended up being admmitted to a Hospital against my will. He leaves his PATIENTS MEDICATIONS in the hands of his nurse-LVN, to TAKE CARE OF THEM....NOT HIM!!! I have become deligent in my medication & making. Sure I have them. I have questioned that practice. I have received a letter that HE can no longer see me as a patient.
