Caring Doctor!
I came to the ER yesterday due to a high heart rate and elevated blood pressure. Due to 'white coat syndrome' and other happening in my life, I was completely stressed out. I knew that being put on blood pressure medication could be apart of my life some day, but had been avoiding the problem out of fear for a while. Dr. Pazevic was such a caring and understanding person to work with in a situation that was high stress for me. He explained to me all the benefits of taking control of my health and gave me comfort in a time when I really just needed a caring (not condescending) doctor. I am relived that I'm back in charge of my health and feel very lucky to have worked with Dr. Pazevic in that critical moment.

Was sent to the Er by my primary to get relief and an mri. She called to inform him of my condition prior to arriving. He came into the room and listened to my complaints. Once I finished he asked so what can i do for you.. I was caught off guard as he is a doctor. I answered that I needed an mri and wanted to have my pain managed and my primary care called in to give him that info. He implied I lied to him by leaving that out. He then proceeded to push on my back and say it was muscle problems and that I do not need an mri.. BUT he could be wrong. He has no empathy for his patients. I always had good things to say about this emergency room as family has gone there before but I will not recommend this location based off this dr.

Wouldn’t listen, kept interrupting and basically just told me what’s wrong without wanting to hear what I had to say. Claims to have looked at file however it became obvious that he didn’t because he thought tests were done that weren’t. Very rude and condescending. Claims in final report that he checked eyes, ears, throat etc which none took place. Unfortunately I had to give him one star in the rating because it doesn’t let me not click one.

If I could provide a zero I would. Issaquah Swedish needs to monitor Doctor, Jon-Pierre Pazevic closely. As his ED patient, he didn't listen to me, he was dismissive and worst of all he charts that he assesses you but he does not. As evidence by, I came in with excruciating right shoulder/neck pain that radiated to my elbow, he documented the left side. I wouldn't leave the hospital until he redocumented the correct site. He dismissed me when I asked for an MRI of my cervical and thoracic spine by saying he didn't think I needed one. I only asked because he never did any type of focused hands on assessment of me. He didn't check my range of motion, check my strength nor ever even touch my body. He was able to get me an MRI which he reviewed of only my thoracic spine and when I asked him why my cervical was missing, he said because it isn't where your pain is at. I became pretty annoyed / snarky and told him I felt dismissed and I asked if he was now going to tell me my pain scale

Dr, Pazevic literally gave my hand back to me after my radius and ulna were broken off near the end of my forearm. He deftly pulled my hand back into place and, amazingly, it has worked nearly perfectly for the last 2 years. Bless his heart and those of his GREAT team at Swedish, Issaquah ED on 30 March 2017 !!!!!!!!!

Having four kids and a wife with MS and having chronic kidney stones we've been to the emergency room multiple times over the years. My visit w Dr Pazevic @ Swedish was hands-down the worst medical experience ever! This doctor lacks professionalism experience and does not provide thorough examination. Giving this doctor one star is giving him too much credit. Swedish Hospital has a bad grape in the bunch here, sour rude and did not even examine me for what I went in for. Thumbs down Swedish!
