i just had an appointment with Dr. James and found he was knowledgeable and professional. While he did not spend a lot of time, he answered all my questions. He did not rush, but was efficient, which is appreciated.

Respectful...wanted a good rating from me long wait to get appointment but not a long wait in waiting room. Bragged about knowing Eli Lilly . did not do a physical foot exam just visual. Knew I had neuropathy and gave ineffective drugs. No recommendations for hands on efforts such as massage. D.o. or herbal treatment. Put on hold for more than 20 when I called to tell him I was stopping ineffective gabapentine

Dr. James took less than 5 minutes seeing me. He ignored several of my questions, including work restrictions. My care was incomplete and unsatisfactory.
