- Staff was very caring.- Dr. Hoppenfeld was very brusque with zero bedside manner!!- I visited because MRI showed ‘cervical foraminal stenosis’. He decided to do ‘cervical MBB’ .. said needed to treat ‘arthritis’ first. MBB was of NO help!- I later questioned why he did not do ‘epidural’ since is protocol for stenosis. Only then did he say he would do epidural next. - Before scheduled epidural I msg’d office because I was in severe pain. No response for 2 days!! - At this point I discontinued my care with Dr Hoppenfeld.

Dr. Hoppenfeld was great and made me feel really comfortable during the first visit. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hoppenfeld and his team lied about receiving a prior authorization for a 40k dollar surgery, then did nothing to assist us with resolving the issue leaving us with an immense amount of medical debt. When asked what to do he laughed and said to call the news.

My Surgery team referred me there after a major joint replacement , this ' doctor' smirked and thought it was a joke and refused to help in any way after 2 Visits in a Wheelchair .. The pain greatly affected my phys therapy and my recovery. Completely useless waste of timeShamefull !

I went and trusted this md for almost 8 years for my pain control. Until 12-31-2019, I thought he was a miracle worker then I walked into hospital with this md for a 20 min outpatient surgery. I woke up 5+ hours later paralyzed from waist down, and in intractable pain, and this md was No longer present in recovery or hospital? He showed up more than 48 hours later to tell me this was ‘normal’ outcome, and he never provided hands on care again, although he charged my insurance for daily visits for 6months. I need ADA equipment now for everything. My chart is ‘misinformed’ and no other mds will see me. Chart says 20 min outpatient surgery and went home in total pain control. Did not leave hospital for 28 days, and then it was in a wheelchair non ambulatory, with no pain control, and no medical help.

After experiencing terrible back pain, barely able to walk and/or sit, scheduled a visit with Dr. Hoppenfeld. During the exam after explaining the problem, he immediately knew what was the cause and location of my pain. He performed a simple outpatient procedure, and almost instantly my pain went from a 100 to a 2! Dr. Hoppenfeld gave me my quality of life back. He has excellent bedside manner, and the staff is caring, friendly, and attentive to your needs. If you are in pain, Dr. Hoppenfeld can help you get your quality of life back too!

Miracle worker!! Not only did Dr Hoppenfeld work me in same day for severe pain but the cervical facet joint injection helped alleviate pain within a few days. Been headache free since. Im so very grateful to him and his nurse team for their help.

I had 2 lumbar injections for sciatic pain. When I first came to Dr. Hoppenfeld My sciatic pain was excruciating and kept me from most of my daily activities. My pain is now practically gone and I can participate in activities that I enjoy on a regular basis. I'm so thankful to have had a procedure that actually helps with my medical problem.

I had a radio frequency ablation last month. It was awesome!!! Dr Hoppenfeld's procedures have really helped the pain in my back. My back feels so much better. I am able to do so much more after see Dr Hoppenfeld.

Does nothing for you, very rude, also very condescending as someone who needs to be in pain management for their disease he offered no treatment or no valid referrals I say valid because the other pain place he recommended me to had not to kinds words for their office. They left me in tears with no help.

I had right hand pain and tightness. I underwent 5 stellate ganglion blocks with Dr. Hoppenfeld which improved the stiffness by 40% since having procedures. The procedures also completely eliminated the pain in my right arm and hand. I also have been able to restart pottery classes. I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Hoppenfeld was very friendly and reassuring during my first visit. I was in a great deal of pain and unable to work for a few days so I was open to anything he suggested. The steroid injection started alleviating my pain just a day after. The month following the injection I did not experience any of the excruciating pain I had been experiencing prior to it, and I have been able to do all activities pain free. I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Hoppenfeld and considering a steroid injection if your pain gets in the way of your daily life or you feel like you've tried other pain management options and they have not completely alleviated your chronic or acute pain.

I saw Dr. Hoppenfeld after I had a knee replacement because I was still having pain. I have had this pain for 6-8 months and was kept going back to my orthopedist and was told everything was fine with the surgery. I had a procedure with Dr. Hoppenfeld and it completely resolved the pain in my knee! The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

I loved his approach. He explained everything so I understood completely. His mannerism is genuine.

Dr. Hoppenfeld has initiated several procedures to determine exactly what is causing my low back pain. In addition, he recently injected my lumbar region which gave me the best relief I have had in many years.
