Dr. Jolanta Sobotka-Czarnecki, MD

Dr. Sabotka was so patient and old school. I was very pleased with her and her staff. They were all so pleasant and kind, I am so happy she is now my Rheumatologist.

This is just a terrible Dr. Run away. Do not jeopardize you health. She is just a bad doctor who only cares about money, not you. She does not care about her patients at all. Her staff will try and convince you otherwise. Take it from me Sobotka should have her license stripped away from her. I would give her minus 5 stars if I could. They made me give her one star. She doesn't deserve any.

Dr Sobotka and her staff are the worse group of medical professionals that I have ever had the misfortune to have had to be associated with. I went (I finally left a month ago) for years to this practice and got the poorest treatment I ever had from a doctor and staff. I got the wrong prescription sent to my specialty pharmacy after waiting months for them to send it, they didn’t refill prescriptions (it took them months to refill my Prolia), Dr. Sobotka would spend 5 minutes with me and never examine me even when I complained of new pain. I would leave messages and never hear back. I am now with a group that I have to drive over hour away to receive the care I should have been given all along. Please if you are looking at these reviews and thinking of going to this doctor, DON’T!!! I know this area doesn’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to rheumatologists but find one in another city like I did. It is worth it.

Listens to your complaints. Her staff is lazy & has no idea whats going on. The front desk girl needs an attitude adjustment, should be fired!

My visit was back in June and can’t get any information from anyone working there….. You call once a week for the last 2 months and still no respond back.. leave messages and still no call back. Very unprofessional!!! And they cut you off before you can get what you want to ask them..

Very professional and compassionate

The initial visit was what one would expect, however I am extremely disappointed with the follow up procedures. During that first visit, I took several x-rays & gave blood samples. I've waited nervously for the results and when I called the office to inquire as to why no follow-up, I was told that the doctor would discuss the results at my next visit (some 7 weeks later). I insisted on getting the results and I still haven't gotten them.

Dr Sobotka and her office staff are beyond incompetent. I’ve never had a Dr wait 4 months to inform me (in August) my X-ray (taken in April) showed that I had an enlarged heart. Or have a Dr I’m paying ask me, on the first visit, if I wanted to start on medication (before any testing had been done). I was left wondering how would she even know what medication to start or how much. And then there’s the office staff... You need to leave a message about prescriptions but no one ever calls back. They can’t seem to get prescriptions sent to your pharmacy in a timely manner. They tell you it could take 24-48hrs when in fact it takes a week and a half to two weeks. Unless you want to go to the office and pick up a paper copy and hand deliver it to your pharmacy. I’ve had to do that 3 times since April and I’m going to have to do it again. But this is the last time. I’m getting a new Dr ASAP.

I’m established pt, made appt 3-4 weeks ago. I arrive today and am told I don’t have appt! Staff spoke with Dr and said I needed to reschedule appt! I drove half hour, waited 20 min in office, needless to say I walked out! I will definitely be looking for a new physician!

I've seen Dr Sobotka for many years. I love her.

Very unprofessional not to call a patient back at the end of the day. Because she was ready to go home for the weekend.
