Dr. Young is very caring and an excellent internist. I trust his decisions and have benefited from his excellent medical expertise. His staff are very friendly, and the whole office gets an A+ from me during this Covid pandemic for their extra efforts to provide top service for all of us. Thank you Dr. Young and all the staff ; I am most grateful for your service for so many decades of care with compassion, even in the face of Epic and computerized medical records. You have done well with this challenge.

Dr Young used to be very good but since Baylor, Scot and White took over he seems to focus on his watch at all times, and his computer. It's very difficult to talk to him because he's always into the computer. He assigns his nurse Karen to call me back but she doesn't do it. Then when I call to make an appt she gives me a hard time suggesting I don't really need to see the doctor. I have gone to Dr Young for 25 years and have always had a problem with Karen. Think it's time to find me a new doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Young for around 29 years and just love him. He is concerned about you, takes his time with you, listens to you and is just an overall great doctor. I'm worried about when he retires what I'm going to do.... I have referred him to several people and my son, husband, brother-in-law and good friend see him as well.

Dr Young has been our doctor for more than 33 years. I credit him with saving my life and my husband’s twice. He is what every doctor should be but few are these days.

Dr Young, once you have gone through all the problems to get in the office, is a great doctor. He takes the time to check you out and talk to you. However their office procedures have switched to verbal communication only and have no option of text, voice mail or e-mail leaving any communication to telephone tag. I have not been able to communicate with my doctor or nurse for quite some time, forcing me to switch to a more effective office support doctor.
