Excellent Rheumatologist / Super Nice Man
I have been a patient of Dr. Willis' since 2014. I have a very complicated medical history and he has been incredibly patient and diligent in working to accurately diagnose and treat me. He goes above and beyond what most physicians will do; always happy to make referrals to other specialists, order any tests that he feels may be helpful, and truly listens and cares about both my physical and mental health. His nurse, Azeneth, is also an incredible person! They make a fantastic team, communication is excellent and they are always willing to help in any way possible. Highly recommend, if you need a great Rheumatologist!

I have been a RA patient of Dr. Willis for many years. He has been a wonderful, thoughtful, caring Doctor at all times. I wouldn't go to another rheumatologist unless he retires !!

I know Dr Willis was pretty sick but in the last year or so he's pretty much mailing it in. For years the staff has been sub par, the wait times extraordinarily bad but the Doc's made it worthwhile; now the whole experience is terrible. Time fo a new practice

I’m trying to stay positive. But it’s getting harder. I have seen the doc 3 times. The 1st time he was going to blow me off but I reminded him of a high lab value. Then he decides to have labs done. 2nd time my husband was with me. The doc was explanatory and said when he saw me again he would put me on a med. 3rd my husband was with me and it was like the twighlight zone. I was told that labs aren’t all that conclusive... so then why am I paying thousands of dollars for them. May look elsewhere

when you tell Dr. Willis about your symptoms he rolls his eyes or ignores you. Very disrespectful. His assistant doesn't call you back, doesn't call in your RX then she lies about it. You have to keep calling her to get her to do her job. He gave me a list of DEMARD's and Biologic drugs and told me to choose one. I would never go back to him. I do not trust him or his assistant. I caught her in many lies.

This is a very unorganized office. They don't return phone calls and it took them more than a month to get my enbrel filled and I asked 3 times for a medicine refill while I was in the office and was told they would send it. 3 business days later. Still no prescription. Don't waste your time or money.
