Dr. Williamson is patient, Kind, and succinct in his explanations. He took the time to provide options for my 9mm Kidney stone, and he genuinely cares about his patients. Talk about a stellar surgeon too! He got my stone busted up in no time having to go inside me and do it. I can only HOPE to have him available in the future, should I need a urologist. If he's not available, I can only pray that I find another urologist as all around spectacular as Dr. Williamson. Thank you Doc from the bottom of my heart....and kidneys. You truly set the bar high for my future doctor's. Glad that monster stone is out of me and I can get back to my normal life soon.

Absolutely would NOT recommend UrologyAustin. Very difficult to get an appointment. When you do, they will leave you in the waiting room over an hour past the appt time. When I finally got in to see the dr, he was angry at ME for being late - EXCUSE ME?! YOU were the one late, doctor, Dr. didn't listen to my symptoms and wouldn't even look at me. Dr. ordered a CT Scan for me, but the front office would not get it approved by my insurance in a timely manner, so I had to reschedule it TWICE.

Terrible experience. Uncaring staff. My son was told he would get results in 48 hours and it has been a week. Still no response. I had to finally call as a physician to talk to a actual person. I was told they would tell Williamson our concerns and put us high priority and still have not heard from him. They have not returned our calls. The answering system is a nightmare. We still don't have a clue what is going on with our son! Do your research!!

Referred to Dr. Williamson by my primary care physician. Called to make an appointment. Had to leave a message. Office never responded for 2 days. Finally got someone on the phone who said they lost the referral from my doctor, which is why they didn't call me back. Finally, said that while they accepted my insurance wouldn't accept my specific plan, so all time waiting was a waist.

Referred to Dr Williamson by family physician for Elevated PSA score. He explained process of bioptsy and did a microscopic view urine for bacteria. Found some, put me on Cipro for 3 weeks, scheduled bioptsy. I asked several questions about procedure, he was a little sharp a one point on a question. Returned to office to schedule next visit, saw an elderly gentleman in waiting room, holding bag of bloody urine, obviously had a catheter. Does the office people have NO sensitivety!
