Dr. Williams is great, but the office staff is the biggest downfall. I had an appointment scheduled for 4 p.m. one day and the office was closed that afternoon when I arrived. No phone call to inform me. Also, had an appoint. another day and they called me 10 min before I was supposed to arrive and was told they would have to reschedule because they didn't have support staff!?!? Worse office ever, which is a shame because I really like Dr. Williams but have decided to look for another doctor.
