There aren't enough words to express how satisfied I was with my experience with Dr. John Waters and his entire staff. He has had years of experience, and knowledge, and operates with professionalism, friendliness, effective communication, and kindness. Dr. Waters made what could have been a scary experience into one of comfort and peace of mind. Although I had other eye issues before coming to Dr. Waters, my outcome was VERY satisfactory. Thank you, Dr. Waters, and your entire dedicated staff for making my experience of cataract removal and lens replacement a happy memory. God bless you, all.

The entire staff at Complete Eye Care is amazing! I had LASIK surgery in my right eye performed by Dr. Waters a week ago, the staff made the process super easy. Everyone in the office has been wonderful. They take the time to fully explain every aspect of the procedure and pre/post op process. Dr. Waters and his awesome team take pride in what they do and pride in their patient outcomes. It''s clear they love what they do and I couldn't be happier with the results, and not having to wear glasses or contacts anymore is absolutely amazing!

From my first visit to my last visit: Dr. Waters and his entire staff were professional, kind and made the process of getting my cataracts removed easy! I was totally relaxed throughout the whole process. Andrea is extraordinary; she did the pre-testing and gave me excellent instructions on the steps I needed to take before and after surgery. The surgery itself, was done at the Surgery Center. Everyone there, did an excellent job! The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurses that provided my care pre-op and post-op were kind, caring and did a superb job. The anesthesiologist doctors, kept me comfortable throughout both surgeries. I didn’t have any pain at all, during or after the surgery. Now for the best part, I can see! I had no idea how much the cataracts were affecting my vision. Thank you Dr. Waters and everyone that was involved with my care. I highly recommend Dr. Waters!

I came in with an issue cause by another eye institution. I was very upset and both his staff and Dr Waters did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their eyes.

What a great staff and an even GREATER Doctor. It is always worth the 3 hour drive to get my check ups.

The office was very professional but friendly as well. My optical specialist, “Tami” was outstanding. She was patience and explained everything thoroughly. She was easy to discuss my eye care with and me feel welcomed.

I recently had LASIK with Dr. Waters and my experience was excellent! Both he, and Michelle answered all of my questions and put me at ease about having this procedure. They were both friendly and professional. This by far, has been the best decision I’ve ever made! My only regret is that I waited so long to have it done! My vision is now 20/15!!

I have used Dr Waters for years. His knowledge never ceases to amaze me! He has the best bedside manner of any physician I know, and one of the nicest person you will ever meet every procedure has been such a success with him and I've had a few trust me!

I saw Dr. Waters for the first time in March. I had cataract surgery for both of my eyes in April. My vision in my left eye went from 20-500 to better than 20-20. No more glasses for me. The office is great. On time and a wonderful staff. I was not sure what to expect but I am certainly pleased with the results!

I am a 65 year old physician who recently had cataract surgery with Symfony lens implants by Dr. Waters. I have known Dr. Waters personally and professionally for over 30 years. I am 100% satisfied with the outstanding care I received and the outstanding results. I no longer require corrective lenses for reading or distant vision. My vision has been restored to what I remember as a teenager. I most highly recommend Dr. Waters to anyone contemplating cataract surgery.

Both he and his capable staff have worked as a highly qualified, competent team. I have recently had extremely successful cataract removal surgery on both eyes. I followed the specific, post-surgery directions, after each surgery. I no longer need to wear eye glasses. It’s a wonderful thing!

I visited Dr. Waters office for the first time. I was very impressed with his entire staff, especially Jennifer, who did the majority of my eye exam. What a caring and patient young lady. Dr. Waters impressed me with his manner and his insight into my vision issues. I am still in the adjustment period as a presumed disease is causing double vision as well as other vision issues. But I feel he is far ahead of my former ophthalmologist and his staff. Will recommend to others.

I am so glad my friend recommended Dr. Waters for my Lasik surgery. They made sure I was well informed of what I was going to have done and what to expect after the Lasik surgery. Michelle, Dr. Waters assistant is wonderful, knowledgeable and kept me informed along the way. I didn't feel like I was being sold a procedure as I did with other offices I had been to before coming to Complete Eye care. I felt very comfortable.

Excellent office and doctor. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The wait time in the office was very short. The entire appointment went smoothly and was very efficient. The doctor spent plenty of time with me and I did not feel rushed. The entire staff was very friendly. Great overall experience.

Besides being a highly skilled ophthalmologist, Dr. Waters is a fine gentleman. He greets all patients with a smile on his face. He asks questions not only about one's general health, but about interests and hobbies. He answers all questions about any exam or procedure with respect, and concern for the patient. His staff reflects that skill, concern and compassion.

Dr. Waters performed cataract surgery, explaining each type of lens offered and helping me choose the one that was right for me. The care that I received before, during and after was excellent. Dr. Waters is kind, patient and extremely skilled. Jennifer, the technician who worked with me throughout the process is simply amazing. You can't ask for any better care for your eyes, anywhere. The office staff is friendly & professional and the waiting room is clean & comfortable. Recommended!
