Friendly, professional, pain free!
I went in for a tooth extraction. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have a nerve that is sometimes hard to numb. Dr. Vakkas did it with no problem. I was told by the referring dentist that the tooth was in bad shape would probably splinter upon extraction, Dr. Vakkas removed it for me with zero pain and in one piece. He was great and his staff was too. I would definitely recommend.

Wisdom teeth removal
My daughter recently had her 4 wisdom teeth removed. Staff was thorough and helpful. Provided us all the instructions for pre and after care. Took care of insurance coverage for us and and was great overall. Dr. Vakkas was very caring and my daughters procedure was done in 25 minutes. Office checked in with us often after procedure to make sure everything healed up for my girl. Highly recommend!

This office should be ashamed of their business practices. Sudbrink attempted to charge a 10 year old $390.00 out of pocket for an X-ray.. This practice LIED and said the insurance company denied the X-ray. The insurance company exposed their fraud by stating an approval was NEVER submitted. When the Billing staff was confronted with their lie, they agreed to finally submit a request for services. Upon submittal, they sent the WRONG code for approval & NO medical documentation. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed due to pain. Dr Vakkass quickly acted in removing them to. Very easy recovery after removal would highly recommend.

Be careful! After Dr. Vakkas' representative assured me that the cost of my visit would be paid by my insurance, it was not and Dr. Vakkas attempted to ruin my credit rating in his collection efforts. I actually asked his representative prior to the visit to make sure that my insurance would cover the visit, she said she did and payment wouldn't be a problem. After I got the $299 bill for his visit, Dr. Vakkas' rep told me that she doesn't have time to check out everyones' insurance. Dirty!

Took my son in for a lump in his lip. Dr. Vakkas was amazing with him. Explained everything, took his time, very caring. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Vakkas!
