Terrible communication skills.
I had a new patient appointment booked, which was about 3 -4 week out from when I scheduled. week of the appointment rolls around and I needed to confirm the appointment time. Attempted to call the office Mutiple times in a three-day span leading up to the appointment, no one ever answered the phone. Office had no issue you mailing me a $15 dollar bill for missing an appointment. Office is clearly money hungry like the rest of the medical community.

Office staff is AWFUL. For one they just don't answer the phone. You have to listen to a long automated message to be able to leave a voicemail. Only for them to never call you back. He is my mother's doctor and she loves him because he flirts with her. She's 73. If you're nice to her, she thinks you flirt with her. He never listens to her concerns. He just blows it off. He prescribes medicine to her that she doesn't need. No one should be on 10 medications. In my opinion that whole office rips off the elderly. I have heard from other people that he misdiagnoses his patients. My mother has been complaining about her memory loss among other things for years and he has done nothing. Now she has Alzheimer's that hasn't been treated probably for years now. If you read this MR. Tumasz, because you are no doctor, I hope you can't sleep at night.
