Dr. Truitt and his staff are absolutely incredible. In Lynchburg, VA (where I live,) I had been waiting for over 10 months to just have a consultation with an oral surgeon for my impacted and abscessed wisdom teeth. Dr. Truitt's office was recommended to me on September 17th and I have already had my consultation, surgery, AND follow-up appointment. (That is only 5 weeks, y'all!!!) Surgery was a breeze and I am pretty sure his *actual* dental specialty has something to do with magic because I experienced virtually no pain while recovering from the extraction of FOUR teeth- and without need for narcotic painkillers! If I ever need dental surgery again, I will happily make another 5 hour round trip to have Dr. Truitt and his team be the ones taking care of me. Thank y'all so much!

I went to Dr. Truitt because I required a minor surgery on my lip. I trusted my care to him and in return he said untrue, unflattering and unnecessary things about me on record. He also left me with permanent numbness in my lip. I would never recommend this surgeon to anyone. I'm sure it is very easy to find a better person to place your trust in as well as a better surgeon. I wish I had never met him.
