Great Doctor
One of the most caring doctors I have come across. Spent the time to find out my problem and wants to find out what’s wrong. Did not want to rush into surgery or expensive tests at first. He really cares about his patients!

Great Doctor
He went straight to the point. Explained my situation very well. That always amazes me when they are so intelligent, yet can explain it clearly and detailed to a non medical person. I trust him and the team completely with my care.

I had been seeing Dr Spooner for over 3 years concerning my back pain. Once the pain to the level I could no longer tolerate, he successfully performed a L5-S1 laminectomy with instrumented fusion on my back. Before surgery 15-20 minutes was all I could take on my feet standing/walking. Now after 10 weeks post-op I have no trouble walking a mile at a time. Top notch neurologist in my book with a great bedside manner.

Dr. Spooner is an excellent surgeon. He listened and was extremely concerned about my situation. My back surgery was a fantastic success. He has truly been a blessing to my husband and I. I will absolutely refer anyone in severe pain to go see him. He and his staff are ... frankly, WONDERFUL. No more spine pain.

On May 6, 2019, Dr. Spooned performed a major cervical fusion to stabilize my neck. Due to excess drainage, he had to go back in on May 14th to flush out the wound. Through both procedures he was the BEST!!! I have had no post surgical pain. His staff is exemplary. His medical assistant, Sheila, and his nurse practitioner, Karli, are both top notch. I will go to him again if I ever have another problem. Thank you Dr. Spooner, Sheila, and Karli. I appreciate all you've done for me.

Dr. Spooner was such an amazing surgeon for my Brain Aneurysm. He took the time to very carefully explain all options and help me make the best choice. I had three separate procedures and he handled each one with great expertise. His kind spirit shows in each office visit and never seems to rush you. Truely a wonderful and skilled doctor !

My mother was seen by Dr. Spooner,he has excillent bed side manners and explained everything and answered all of our questions. The problem we had is the miscommunication from the Doctor to the Nurses. Dr.Spooner would come into the room and tell us one thing then another Doctor would come in and tell us something completly diffrent. I felt like we had to tell the nurses what Dr. Spooner had stated then the nurse would have to call to verify as well as the other doctors on his team. Unorganized

I have been in chronic pain for many years. Dr Spooner is by far the best pain management physician I've seen and I have been seen by several and their is no comparison. His knowledge and professionalism make what is a painful process manageable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend his service to anyone needing it.

I had the experience of having Dr. Spooner perform brain surgery on me, showing great care and skill by the outcome. Also showing a great mannerism when visiting him in the office as a bonus. He shows great concern at all times when dealing with patients and I highly reccommend him. Besides the success of my surprisingly somewhat complicated surgery, the follow-up care by Dr. Spooner and his staff is excellent.
