Prisma harassing about payment that was pre-paid!
January 2023, I had eye-lid surgery. It was pre-paid and I’ve been very pleased with the results! But, due to some reason, they have been harassing me for payment! I posted to My Chart a copy of the text that showed “paid in full”! And still I received a text threatening report to a collection agency for this payment!

After a severe motorcycle where my face exploded and eye came out he put my eye back during reconstruction surgery. I am able to see very well. An amazingly kind and caring doctor. Follow up was great taking time to talk and examine and explain

Dr Siddens is a skilled Dr. He is very pleasant and listens and answers all your concerns. The staff that works w/ the Dr in the back is also above reproach. The front desk staff however is below what I expect from GHS. They are not helpful( do not offer to help you when you are standing there waiting.) They are not friendly, no smiles. I personally refuse to deal with them again.I have been here 3 times and each time they acted the same.

Dr Siddens was very professional, confident and had a wonderful bedside manner. His staff and nurses reflected the same kind of professionalism. I had tear duct surgery (Dacryocystorhinostomy) and I couldn't have asked for better results. No more tears rolling randomly down my face, no more infections and no scars from surgery. It's wonderful!!! I highly recommend Dr. Siddens.

The results were less than satisfactory and the practice did not stand behind its promise to perform revision work at no additional cost for up to one year.

It has been 10 months since Dr. Siddens performed my eye surgery for hyperthyroid eye condition. I could not be more pleased. He is an artist, a master at his trade. My quality of life has vastly improved. I can never thank him enough. He is also a real pleasure to work with.
