42 years ago Dr John Sesta performed a Caesaren to deliver my wonderful healthy baby boy. I had a stillborn baby girl under the care of another doctor who did not pay attention to my concerns. The cord strangled her right before her delivery. Three years later I was pregnant with my son and I let Dr Sesta know what happened with the baby girl, he went above and beyond in the care of my labor and delivery. My baby boy was in distress after a hard labor. His heart stopped a couple times and he was not progressing through the birth canal. He decided to do a Caesaren, even after the insistance from the other doctors that things were ok. When my son was delivered, the cord was wrapped around him twice. His head started to "cone" from the pressure. That is why he was not coming through. Thank God for Dr. John Sesta. Bless him! Thank you so very much, Dr. John Sesta.
