Dr. John Schwartz, MD

Dr. Schwartz is a caring & knowledgeable physician, but for the last 5 years, I’ve been unable to get an appointment in person. Yet he’s still taking new patients??? Why have a doctor if you can’t get an appointment.

Best doctor i ever had. I always provide him with with an update i typed up and he saysi like these they are helpful, and he reads them and always has me wait around and do a neb treatment before i leave. Once he even made me wait and he got me a referral right then and there before i left. when I see him he is like I feel sorry for you that I'm the only Doctor Who can sense that you sitting up here in lots of pain right now and I'm sorry that I'm the only Doctor Who has enough sense to help

Been going to Dr Schwartz over 20 years. He's always professional, personable and on top of medical issues.

Rued office , hard to get appointment without a week wait. Every phone call I every made there was answered Dr. Schwartz office can you hold.followed by a waiting game . Takes days to get back to you if your lucky. Pill pusher , get them in and get them out. That's what it fills like, Time to make a change.

I have a special needs daughter who was a patient of his PA's. She unexpectedly quit so I transferred my daughter to Dr. Schwartz but YOU CAN NEVER GET INTO SEE HIM. The entire point of having a doctor and not going to Express Care is to make it easier for my severely autistic daughter - THEY DO NOT CARE. I'm glad I never bothered switching the rest of the family over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Dr Swartz is excellent at listening to his patients. I really like Dr Swartz, but I don't see him, my elderly mother does. It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than to get through to a live person on the phone. That is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

The hospital chose to change their rules, which is fine, their prerogative. However they allowed no transition time for patients and they're not assisting patients who need to find new care, by refusing to give referrals (at least they've refused to give them for me). Dr Schwartz is the Dr in charge at HMG, and he refused to see or even speak to me, refused to help me with referrals, write any further RXs, he cut me off with no warning and dismissed me for no reason. HORRID Dr!!!

he is the best family doctor I ever had. he treats my asthma better then my asthma doc does. he cares about this patients. he takes the time to listen to you and all your problems that you have at the current time. I have a chronic health problem and see him a lot and he is always there for me and is so kind and compassionate. he always says sorry if you are left waiting. one time he would not let me leave his office till he get me a referral to a specialist. he is the best of the bes.

Though Dr. Schwartz is very good, his staff is the worst I have ever encountered in my 60 years of life. After being seen about a very painful knee that required an MRI, it took the staff almost 2 weeks before they even sent in the insurance referral. They were both rude and obnoxious. I can't recall being treated with such disrespect.

Very unprofessional and ignorant! Was so unprofessional that he wouldnt even come back into the room and sent in one of his nurses to come in to talk to me. Also, his phone system is Mickey Mouse.....It will either cut you off or a recording will come on to tell you the number has been disconnected.

He's the best doctor ever he cares about his patients and actually takes his time to sit down and listen to you
