Inexperienced MD and rude-ignorant LVN - Staff
I have been beyond fortune, normally my neurologist are THE BEST doctors I see. Until this past year of seeing Dr. Robinson. Each visit he has to 'google' medication. When he states he will send a prescription in, it's always wrong. Then he's on call and takes weeks to get the correct medication with is less than educated assistant. His LVN -not a PA or RN (seriously for a neurologist office) is lacking in intelligence with even the most simple requests and down right rude. I wish him luck in his new career and his nurse to go back to school.

This is the first doctor I have been to about my back pain who showed he really cared. He spent a long time with me and my husband and explained things very well. His nurse is very nice and caring too.

The doctor had not read the file prior to the visit. My mom has dementia and talked to her like she could understand rather than direct his question to me who could answer for her. He cancels our appts. with her often. He has very limited office time.
