Always professional, knowledgeable, kind. They care about me and listen to me. Give great advice and direction. Dr. Robertson is thorough and keeps track of what I need in my treatment plan. They all know me. They are all cheerful, glad to see me. I am cared for. I enjoy my appointments, even look forward to them. I am very fortunate to be under Dr. Robertson's care.

Dr Robertson listens carefully to you and is very willing to answer your questions. He makes sure to cover any concerns you have.

What was impressive to me was his attention to my medical history. He looked at the diagnosis from a heart specialist I go to then read the past summary’s from that Dr. He discussed what he read with me. He listened to all of my concerns regarding my current difficulties with my swallowing. He is attentive, professional, and helpful. I am confident he is a great physician.

Dr. Robertson is a great listener, doesn’t rush through your appt, and always makes sure that your labs are up to date. Checking to see that your meds are not conflicting. Making sure your refills are updated. He’s the best Dr.

Dr. John is the best doctor ever I have been seeing him for over 10 plus years. He always takes the time to listen to my needs. I do not feel rushed at all. He is kind and personable and makes me feel valued. He is proactive in meeting my needs; thyroid, cholesterol, allergies, etc. He is absolutely excellent!! I'd recommend him and his over the top fabulous staff esp Shelley, his nurse assistant and Debbie, my phlebotomist to anyone!! He knows all about my medical history and he always figures out what I need to get better and feel better.

I've been a patient of Doc Robertson for many years and he's been great every visit for my whole family. Thank you Doc for all you've done for us. Please don't retire before I'm gone.

The staff are very friendly and do not seem to change often (no high turnaround) so Dr. Robertson must also be a good person to work for. My routine visits on 6-month intervals over the past 6-7 years have been the best experience so far in comparison to all of the other doctors I've had. Dr. Robertson cares very much about my input and treats me with the utmost respect. I cannot help but offer a glowing recommendation to anyone needing his expertise. Mom is losing her memory and won’t wear her hearing aids. Dr Robertson explained everything clearly to us and came up with several things to try to improve her quality of life. He was very patient with her.
