A Caring Provider
Telehealth
Dr Rickabaugh has been seeing me for years now. He looks at me as a person not a number. He is a very caring provider that has taken the time to get to know me and my health issues. He makes sure he has the latest information to help treat my chronic illness. I appreciate that he still sees me via telehealth since I am not always able to get into the office. His office staff has always been helpful.

Wouldn't Give Me Needed Pain Meds
This doctor wouldn't continue to prescribe the pain meds I so needed. He knew I needed them. I had an accident horseback riding & suffered terrible injuries that has caused me lasting pain & nothing helps. I did everything he said. Only pain meds work. Now I have to find another doctor because of his callousness.

Great Doctor
Dr. Rickabaugh has been my doctor for over 10 years. He has seen me go through some minor health issues to major health issues that he had no choice to refer me to a specialist. But I can do my follow ups with him if I can't make it to Duke to see the specialist for my major issue. I just want to thank Dr. Rickabaugh for always being there for me and noticing the change in my health issue and sending out the referrals that I needed.
