Dr. John Reid, DMD

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile. My daughter came in for an implant. We decided on this office because we had good experience with Dr. Beech senior. The implant procedure was done by Dr. Reid. Well... the implant is very crooked. When the crown was put on the dentist performing that work was surprised with how crooked the implant was and checked xrays and could see no medical reason for the implant to be so off-centered. Anyway, when I reached out to Dr. Reid he wasn't too concerned with what is probably careless work. Made a lot of excuses - like "it's fine". Anyway once an implant is placed it's not going to be fixed - this is a "get it right the first time" proposition. Perhaps those in need should find someone who is both more skilled and professional in this line of work.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Reid and his staff. They are awesome. I had an abscess tooth and they took very good care of me. I will certainly recommend them to other people because of their caring for their patients.

I went in petrified but the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr john Reid was amazing. I felt no pain at all. This is the morning after my oral surgery and I just had to leave a review of this experience with him and his entire staff. I have had such bad experiences with dentists that were nightmares, literally the first time I have had a pleasant experience getting oral surgery. I highly recommend dr. John Reid and his staff. I would leave 10 stars.

Dr.Reid is a awesome. He's very concerned for his patients.

John Reid takes advantage of your government heathcare. I went to my consult with a referral for crowns. I was never informed in my consult that he only did EXTRACTIONS! The nurses talked about me behind my back. I only know this because I could see their reflection in a hanging picture. I hope you choose/find someone else.
