when Dr Reed was active, the office was excellent but since he retired the service has gone way down hill

Do not go here! All they care about is your insurance and charging for visits just to get a prescription refill. Also,? their bedside manner is horrendous. You will hear about their dates and they could care less. This place went downhill? once Dr. Smith left.

Dr. Reed has been my doctor for about 3 decades. He takes the time to listen to my description of what my symptoms. Then does a complete examination. He explains in detail what the problem is or could be including any further tests that define the problem further. He is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his patients. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), he is at the top with a 10.

Administrative staff are very attentive.. Have only negative remarks concerning receptionist Colleen. Very dismissive and rude over the phone. You can tell she doesn't like her job..

A caring, wise doctor with a calming way about him. The wait is never long, he respects your time and that's SO REFRESHING! He never makes you feel rushed, will always sit and look you in the eye and talk to you about what is going on. All doctors should take a course from him. Office staff is courteous and kind also, office is immaculate.
