Great doctor!
Went to Dr. Redmond for an eye surgery that was performed exceedingly well (I know because I was awake and speaking to him the whole time!). I hadn’t had an eye exam for eight years, which was too long. I called the practice, and scheduled the exam for the next day. I have not been able to schedule a doctors appointment for under three months in years. This is what I call old fashioned competence.

I mistakenly thought with his years of experience I was getting a good doctor, however I was wrong. I would not suggest anyone go to this facility. You are seen by a tech NOT the doctor, the doctor will come in for the last couple of minutes & ask a few questions BUT he does NOT confirm the prescription. The tech WOULDNT listen to me during my exam & my script was WRONG & I had to jump thru hoops to get them to correct it, they did not make it easy on me & NEVER once did I get an apology!! :-(

Dr. Redmond is a nice doctor. However, I went for a routine eye exam which was incorrectly billed to my insurance as a medical visit and therefore denied. I have been trying to work with the staff to fix it and turns out after they dropped the ball and let the time on the claim expire, they want me to pay for it our of pocket. I will not be returning to his practice.
