Unnecessarily painful extractions. Shameful!

Very harsh, extremely rapid and painful injections. Laughed at my extreme pain “hit that nerve huh?” Left me unattended after starting Nitrous oxide. Arrogant and most brutal dentist I have ever encountered and I am 62 years old. I refused to let him proceed. Truly a frightening experience!

Dr. Provenzano is the best! He took out my badly infected wisdom tooth with care and gentleness. And, he's funny! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and my husband is glad to know a good oral surgeon in case he ever needs one. Thank you Dr. Provenzano and staff!

He took out my wife’s wisdom tooth after having x rayed it but he didn’t check for an Abscess ahead of time. He ended up severing a nerve in my wife’s face and she can no longer feel that side of her lower face/chin/lip. Poor bedside manner to boot. I wish I could take him to court.

Dr. Provenzano's staff insisted that if I did not get a procedure done within a few days time that the VA would not pay for it. I should have known better. What Dr. Provenzano was trying to do was get guaranteed Government Money before the Covid-19 pandemic hit him in the pocket. He placed me, my family, and the entire community at risk. Then when I explained to the VA that the procedure was painful he informed them that I was seeking medications for other reasons other than pain. I learned this through reading my notes. He did not tell me on the phone or to my face. He already got his money, and he has a part time job at the VA. Don't trust this man to do his job. You'll end up where I find myself- having to have someone finish what he was already paid to do but did not.

Cocky, arrogant, apathetic... Provided NO follow up instructions on care other than to call if I had ?’s or pain. I called and the message machine said if you recently had a surgical procedure to page Dr Provenzano. I did. He called me back and berated me for interrupting his lunch break. He dismissed my concerns and cut me off when I tried to ask questions. Said he’d try to see me tomorrow. I said “enjoy your lunch.” He provides terrible service and clearly does not care about his patients. Instead of not calling back, he answered the pager yand insisted on being condescending and arrogant!

One of the most arrogant people I've ever met in my life. After consulting him I didn't even want him near me! Honestly 1 star is being way too generous! Has a horrible personality, absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever, thinks he is a true gift to the world and dentistry... completely unprofessional, belittles patients while poking and prodding them! Had to ask the same question 5X, was completely ignored the first 4 and I got an extremely rude and sarcastic answer the 5th time. Save your health, time, and money now and go elsewhere!

Dr. Provenzano is amazing! Pulled 3 wisdom teeth with local only. No pain! One hour visit! He knows what he is doing! Doc and staff are the kindest people!

Dr. John Provensano performed surgery on my lower jaw that was split in half directly down the middle from my lower front teeth. I was a victim of a violent crime, unemployed, and unfortunate. One thing I did not have to worry about was the quality care I received from Dr. Provensano. I have not had any complications from the surgery and have healed exceptionally well. I highly recommend Dr. Provensano.

I had a tooth pulled here. I had to wait in the waiting area about an hr. past my appointment time. Then I had to wait some more in the treatment room. I found the dr. and all but one of his staff I had to deal with unpleasant.

I went there to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled & he did it quick and did an awesome job. He joked around to comfort me and it really worked. I highly recommend him!

Never again. Rude comments to someone who is in a lot of pain (should have gone to him rather than another dentist), so basically can't even be a HUMAN being to someone who is clearly miserable. I completely understand why he has some really poor reviews now, and wouldn't recommend anyone visit Dr. Provenzano. A little professionalism goes a long way, and he is apparently lacking any kind of professional attitude and has no compassion.

I was really surprised how quickly he extracted my wisdom tooth, and how nice he was. He's a great dentist.

Dr. Provanzo removed my 16 year old sons wisdom teeth. He did an awesome job and there were no complications!

Provided no after care at all after pulling my husbands tooth (it was the wrong tooth btw but that was the fault of his bad dentist) not even giving him a rinse or draining it. Meanwhile his staff where completely rude to us. If your dentist is trying to send you to this man, find a new dentist.
