Dr. Prather and his PA were very helpful. This visit was for a second opinion after bunion surgery was recommended by another specialist. He advised to hold off on the surgery thinking I may have been misdiagnosed and offered another tactic which I will try. Staff was very helpful and professional as was he.

Dr. Prather was delightful, knowledgeable, a gentleman and a scholar.My surgery on my Achilles turned out to be very well. He followed up very well and seemed very patient every time I was in his doctors office.Great experience for a not so great experience of my injury lol

The public forgets the importance of soft skills until they interface with someone (especially a physician) who doesn’t have them! Dr Prather has exceptional soft skills. This man smiles! He looks at you! I suspect he really likes people. That creates connection and trust and I trust him to give me his best bet. Yep, sometimes that’s all that’s possible. If you have a foot or ankle issue you won’t do any better than Dr Prather-and you’ll also get a smile at no charge!

I had foot surgery in Jacksonville, FL in 2016, that failed. Dr. Prather diagnosed and came up with a plan and that was handled two weeks ago. This was a fairly invasive but, even as I recover now, I have less pain than before the surgery. This entire team is amazing! In 2019, Dr. Levit repaired my hand from a crush injury at work. The ladies in the hand therapy department worked with me and the results were better than I could have imagined. As a hobby, I have done very detailed pen-ink art. My thanks to them is a framed original on their wall. It is because of the work with your team then, that I insisted on staying with Chatham Orthopaedic.Back to Dr. Prather, I cannot think of words worthy of my thanks for him, as well as the Surgery team there. 'Amazing' just falls short. He instantly had me at ease, and I thank God for his gifted hands. I am nothing but confident I will be walking and being able to work again soon. Thank you all, from my heart.

Dr. Prather and his team are wonderful. My son has been treated for ankle injuries many times and has received excellent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Prather since 2021. He is a wonderful doctor with a great staff. Kelsey his PA is also great. Along with the front staff, nurses and x-ray staff.

One of a very few physicians I know who you can count on to listen. And he explains in great detail the cause(s) of my problem at the moment.

From start to finish this was a terrible experience for me. 8 months post surgery and I'm in more pain and with less flexibility in my foot than when I went in. Front staff are terrible. My first post op visit I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before I went into the room. His personal staff are also terrible. There was a lack of communication and also a complete void of knowledge of the PT office located in the same building just one floor up. If you offered me a million dollars to go back I'd tell you to spend your money elsewhere.

Dr. Prather is truly a gem. He is very skilled, well trained and has an excellent bedside manner. He repaired a very bad ankle sprain and OCD lesion for me previously this year.My results are amazing. I was back to full functioning in no time. I would highly recommend him.
