Dr.Porter is with out a doubt the best caring, and understanding doctor that I have ever been to and I'm 64 years old. He makes it a point to take his time with me. Anyone seeking a pain doctor should see him, only if you want the best care

Dr Porter has been helping me with my spine issues since 2015. His greatest concern is that you get relief from the pain you are in using a variety of methods. As many say, he spends time with you and explains the cause and treatment well.

While Dr. Porter was kind and seemingly concerned about my friend's terrible and on-going back and chest pain he performed three spinal injections which did absolutely nothing to help, certainly not to alleviate any pain which was worsening every day. After several days of excruciating pain I took him to an Emergency Department where he was admitted, numerous tests administered, with a diagnosis of bone cancer, sepsis, pneumonia, and another related to my friend's diabetes. He remains hospitalized. It would seem to me that Dr. Porter would have recognized that unrelenting pain that wasn't responding to his treatment plan he might have "looked for the zebra" and suggested blood work, an x-ray, something to find out if there were other factors in play that required more investigation rather than yet another injection. That wasn't done or even mentioned as a possibility. I therefore must give Dr. Porter one star. Attention should be paid. Shame on Dr. Porter.

I recently had my first injection with Dr. Porter and I am very satisfied. His staff is caring and welcoming, but Dr. Porter was above and beyond! He explained every step to me as he injected and really calmed my nerves. I was hesitant to come in for a injections but I am very glad I did!

Dr. Porter is quick but gets the job right. He always listens to my needs and makes sure I am comfortable. I could not be happier with him or his team. His staff from check in to check out is so kind and always makes me feel like family.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Porters' and I leave feeling better after every procedure. He is one of the few doctors that still takes time to examine me and how I am feeling. I never feel rushed by Dr. Porter or his staff

Dr. Porter is an excellent doctor. I took the steroid shot with a lot of uncertainty and he was very confident in his approach and advice. After the procedure, however, I had more pain than I thought I should have for the first 2 weeks, and the nursing staff told me it was probably a "flair up" and reassured me to wait it out a while and made an appointment to see him again in 2 weeks. I am very happy to report that this is the best decision I made for my back. I am now at a zero pain level.

I had my 2nd facet injection at my cervical level today, my first was 2 weeks ago, I am a RN and have been in pain for 2 years. Dr. Porter has stopped my pain 100% . In 35 years I have never known a more compassionate, caring physician then him.

I first met Dr. Porter yesterday and I can tell you the man is an absolute pleasure to be around. He didn't promise me the Moon about correcting the pain I have but was very compassionate about my struggles with it. He took his time in reading my paperwork and asking a lot of questions. I follow up with him next week with a procedure and probably for the first time in my life I'm actually not worried about it.
