He was not personable/friendly at all. It felt like he didn't care and was trying to get through as many patients as possible.

We love Dr. Pope. My daughter has seen him for the last 7 years and he is not only a great urologist but he is also great about answering questions and making sure you and your child feel comfortable.

Dr. Pope assigned a fellow (a trainee) to my child's surgery . What is worse than that when the fellow injured my child's penis and caused permanent defect unless repaired Dr. Pope covered it up. He did not explain what happened and what the solution could be instead he limited his statement to make things worse and made me lose my trust. I think Dr. Pope sees an immigrants with accents as easy to manipulate and use their kids as Guinea pigs.

Well, My child had surgery at Vanderbilt children's hospital. The pediatrician referred us to him. Dr. Pope delegated my son's hypospadias surgery to a fellow who nicked (cut) the right side of my son's penis. Dr. Pope instead of telling me the truth he covered it. Today, my son's penis is deviated to the right due to luck of the function of the right side corpus cavernosum due to the injury done during the surgery.
