I had heard a lot about them and decided it was worth the long wait for an appt. I arrived to my appointment on time, but since it was my first visit there and the GPS leads you to a giant office complex. I took a few minutes going in circles to locate the actual building, suite # and park. This took over 10 mins but I was informed my appt was cancelled. The head nurse was rude, robotic &didn't care I was new to area and had taken the day off. Don't care how good they are, they lack compassion
