Very pleasant gentleman
I was seen promptly. Dr. Peters is very pleasant and interested in his patients. His manner is positive and kind.

Unfortunately, his office staff is horrible. As I write this I’ve been waiting for 27 minutes just to speak to someone. Let alone his staff dropped the ball months ago for a lab result and medication renewal. The only one that will suffer is you! Dr. Peter’s himself is great, like a review said before he takes your concerns and problems to heart.

I was a patient of dr. Peters for a dozen fortunate years. He was the best doctor I’ve ever known, very smart and caring. I owe my good heart health at age 82 to his care and advice. Thanks to him I my persistent afib and tachycardia is a thing of the past. Too bad I no longer live in New York state

While it's true the wait times can occasionally be atrocious that seems to be an issue with ProHealth in general not Dr. Peters in particular. Recently they seem to have improved in this area.My personal experience with Dr. Peters has always been good. He is professional and thorough and has a great sense of humor! He's been my PCP for many years and I highly recommend him.

Nice guy, and I think very knowledgeable, but doesn't have the time of day for his patients - way too busy. Long waits for appointments, and impossible to reach for test results. I finally gave up, switched doctors and am much, much happier.

Great cardiologist and doctor. Always gives a thorough/careful exam. Without his oversight/attention I might have been on my way to a not so nice place. Only gripe is the wait time, but the flip side is they make sure to see you under urgent circumstances,

I can't even justify giving this doctor and his staff even 1 star. Had to wait over 2 1/2 hours and when I asked his reception desk, the woman was extremely rude. She gave me nasty looks and just stared at me and my daughter for the entire wait! I found Dr. Peters to be disingenuous. Needless to say, I went to his office recently to have records transferred to another doctor. I will not go to any doctor whom I do not trust and be subject to rudeness by office staff!

Terrible. The first time I had an appointment he was 2 hours late. The second time I had an appointment I asked if they could see me on time as I had another appointment afterwards. The reception said she could not guarantee that. I then asked for an appointment the following day when I would not be constrained by time and was told they were booked. After speaking with the doctor he told me he schedules appointments every ten minutes, he then pointed his finger at me. Rude and self-important

The wait time for Dr. Peters can be long, but it is well worth it. The review that said he gave an exam from the doorway has to be utter bullsh*t as that would never happen. He gives every patient the same adequate amount of focused time & attention. I can't count the number of times I've heard patients in the waiting room say they don't like the wait, but that he saved their life or that of their loved ones and that they'd never leave him. I feel the same way & recommend him highly!

Typically, I have to wait three hours until I am brought in by one of dr peterS attendants and then I wait in a room before dr peters finally appears and then he spends most of the time looking in the computer. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, with pro health I am stuck with him!

I waited with my 90 year old cousin, 2 and a half hours! No one, NO ONE, came to our room to explain the delay or ask if we needed anything. We started to leave at 5:00 p.m. when the staff was leaving. Someone in the office stopped us at the elevator and asked us to return. Dr. Peters, with no apology, gave us a 30 second, standing in the doorway ?examination?. He checked her medicines, then checked her records, wrote two scripts?.that was it. We are now looking for a GOOD doctor in 11040.
