Dr. Paletta will explain the options that are available to your specific needs and allow you to ask questions so that a final decision can be made together. I will definitely recommend Dr. Paletta to anyone who is interested.

My experience was great. Any questions or concerns I had he explained where I can understand. But results were amazing he did a great job. Plus his staff was wonderful as well.

Best decision for me I’be been heavier most of my life & had a hanging gut since I had my kids. My kids are way older now but I still decided to do this for myself. From the first time I walked into his office I have never felt uncomfortable. Every nurse I had was great & yes I can name them all. They explained every medicine I needed & why & everything in between. The pre-surgery people and the ones that stayed with me afterwards was top notch. As far as Dr Paletta goes, he was great. I could not have ask for anyone any better. He answered every question I had & some I didn't know I had. He made me completely comfortable & at ease with his knowledge of what he was doing and what I was going through at every stage. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything. I didn't go into this expecting to come out looking like I was 16, Im 55. I was a size 20 & now Im a size 10. My breast look up & my belly is gone. Id write more but the letters are limited. Im very thankful for these people.

Dr. Paletta performed on me a breast reduction surgery about 6 months ago and I am completely satisfied with the results and would recommend him without any hesitation! He is very thorough, explained the procedure well, and took his time on all post-op visits to ensure that all was going well and that I was satisfied with the results. His staff is amazing and efficient too. I’m so thankful for him and his staff and his skill. The results are really above what I imagined, and my posture has improved, as well as the pain in my neck and shoulders. Thank you Dr. Palletta!!

Not sure if I caught Dr Paletta on a bad day, but he was rude, condescending, abrupt and impatient during my consultation. His attitude was totally unprofessional, and I left the office feeling like I had been dismissed and humiliated. I don't think any patient should have to put up with his arrogance and egotism. I will definitely be looking for someone with a more professional and caring disposition.

Dr. Paletta performed the reconstruction after my mastectomy. He and his team were highly supportive, professional, proficient and caring.

Went to Dr. Paletta's to address a small cyst and was told I had two options: remove it or drain it. Before making my decision I asked for the out of pocket costs for the two options. Dr. Paletta's scheduler, Erica, told me that because the doctor was on my health plan but the surgical center was not, that they'd be billing either option as an office visit - so no matter what option I chose it would be $15 total, so I had the cyst removed. I asked specifically if there would be any further bill and Erica told me that there would not be. I found out that Erica lied to me when I received a bill for $275. I tried multiple times to address the issue with the office, including speaking with Erica. She told me she'd discuss the matter with Dr. Paletta and call back, but she didn't. When I received the second bill I spoke with the billing department who left a message with Erica to call me back. She never did.

From the beginning to end Dr Paletta and his staff (special shout out to Erica) are amazing. They are thoughtful and detailed throughout the process. They have my highest recommendation!

Making a decision to have plastic surgery is not an easy decision to make. When I finally made the decision to have a breast augmentation, I went to a consult with five different Surgeons in the city of Savannah. Choosing Dr.Paletta as my surgeon was the BEST decision I made. I felt comfortable, understood, his staff was superb, and Dr. Paletta’s bed side manner could not be matched. He was so honest, personable, and kind. I knew hands down I was in the best of care. He answered every question I could think of and more. My experience with him and his staff was above and beyond. Being in the medical field I had a lot of questions and concerns prior to my surgery. Having Dr. Paletta and his staff to support and guide me every step of the way- from my initial consult, to surgery, and recovery, was such an incredible experience and I do not think I would’ve gotten that with any other team. I had the best recovery and my results are out of this world. My results are perfect!

I had bariatric surgery in 2017. Due to the weight loss my panniculus hung down more than 3 inches below my vaginal area, causing great discomfort and recurring infections. I was referred to Dr. Paletta for a panniculectomy. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Paletta and his team were very patient and informative from day one. Dr. Paletta explained the procedure and what to expect, answered all my questions and was there to help me through it all. From start to finish, Dr. Paletta and his staff took great care of me. Dr. Paletta gave me my quality of life back. Great doctor, great staff, great experience...best decision ever!

Dr. Paletta was amazing, kind, and listened to what I wanted without making me feel as though he himself was pushing for changes. I could not be happier with the lift and fat transfer he performed to correct my tuberous breasts; the results are much better than I would have imagined possible, and the recovery was not overly difficult.

Since making the decision to get my Breast reduced I have been very thankful for finding a wonderful Doctor and staff! Every person from the receptionist to the pre and post op nurses were exceptional! Pleasent and answered every question I had with a smile on their face and the utmost professionalism. It has been a long road for me, and it took me a while to get myself to write this review. I have been depressed, and confused ever since I had my surgery done. My legs are deformed, they look mounstrous, and not only did I end up looking way worse than what I looked like before, but can’t get my money back. I am writing this to prevent other women from ending up like me. They were very nice to me at the office, I can’t complain. However when it comes to results, my legs and stomach are ruined.

My experience with Dr. Paletta was awesome. I wanted to improve my appearance. Thirty-six years ago I had a cesarean section that left a horrible, ugly scar. As I aged and gained weight, my belly just got larger and larger. No amount of dieting or exercise helped to reduce it. I hated the way I looked and I was having to buy clothes 2 or 3 sizes large just to cover my belly. I am now about 25 pounds lighter and went from a size 16 to a 10.

Dr. Paletta and staff were great. Dr. Paletta when talking to him he made me feel at ease. After he explained what he would do during surgery, post op and everything in between I felt so at ease. I had two surgeries done within one year. I am so completely satisfied and excited about my results. I am already planning another procedure. Yes I have already recommended him.

I wanted a tummy tuck for years, but was scared to take the first step. After meeting with Dr. Paletta, I was put at ease. He is patient and caring and never made me feel pressured to do anything. His staff is courteous and helpful. Now 8 weeks after my procedure, I can say my results are nothing short of amazing! He is wonderful surgeon I would recommend to anyone.
