Don't take the last visit of the day. 45 min waiting. 15 in the patient exam room. Then 5 min with the Dr, same stuff I heard before...him questioning my previous Drs decisions on my health, then nonchalantly stating he would leave it like that. He made me feel like he though my questions were ignorant. Then ...see you in a year. What? No thank you.

This doctor has the WORST bedside manner of any doctor I have encountered in my life! Trust me I’m 54 , my mother was ill severely my young age of 5. I’ve met 100’s of doctors! My GP referred me to him, was my first visit today! I would NOT go back if someone paid me $1 million a visit, yes that is right, I said it $1 million a visit! He spoke to me like I was an “idiot”! He was “ bothered” by a question? Last time I checked my debit/credit card runs through his exit door as they tackle me like a running back before I leave his office, right? They sure don’t let me leave without paying? But he sure had no problem shutting me down from asking any questions like I was in the library and couldn’t speak/ talk!! And made me feel feel like I needed to be sent out to the “ remedial “ classes as he was FAR superior than me! Last time I checked, he he stretched his rubber banded mask on precisely like I did before entering the exam room! Pff!

Dr. O’Dowd performed an emergency lifesaving pacemaker procedure on my husband at 2:00 am, Thanksgiving morning. Because of strict hospital COVID guidelines, I was only able to meet with Dr. O’Dowd once. He was the epitome of professionalism. He took wonderful care of my husband in a critical situation. I would highly recommend him! 11/30/2020

He was instrumental in saving my Mother's life recently in a very stressful situation. He also saved my Dad's life with he knowledge of the heart function, when my Dad needed a pace maker. I would recommend him so everyone that needs a heart doctor!!
