The office is terrible when it comes to communicating, or providing documentation for various needs. You wait over a half hour on hold on the telephone, and then usually get disconnected. Dr. Nolan is busy, so you will never hear from him directly, and it takes months to secure a date for surgery.

Excellent- Recommend to All
Dr Nolan treated a tumor in my hand and was able to remove it all. He was able to get me to the OR quickly, which was wonderful because I was nervous about this possibly being a cancer. He is caring and attentive. Highly recommend.

Caring
Have pain that hurts for months. Dr Nolan has magic hands and took it away with steroid injection. I hope I won’t need surgery but I trust him to do it if I do.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Nolan spoke with me at length about my diagnosis and took the time to understand how it has limited me and caused me pain. He helped me decide between a non operative and operative treatment plan. I have done very well after surgery. Highly recommend!

Unsympathetic and Rude
I was 17 minutes late to see Dr. Nolan. His front desk staff is rude and nasty. I was in severe pain and needed a cortisone shot and he refused to see me. I asked to speak to the doctor and Rosette, the “supervisor” refused to get him so I could talk to him. I explained I was in pain and they refused to help. I do not recommend this office at all.
