Refuses Patients with no explanation
Do not even bother wasting your time calling for an appointment. They ask you some random questions, and this doctor turns you down without offering any kind of explanation. In all my years, I have never seen a doctor turn down a patient referred to their office without seeing them once. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Dr. Ngo is an excellent doctor, who had treated me when he was affiliated with another practice. I think so much of him that I drove 50 minutes to be seen and treated by him and will have to do so again to receive treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone.
