Great service
I saw Dr Motta last week for the first time and I was impressed with the doctor and his entire staff. My appointment was at 9 am and there was no wait. My dealings with the doctor and i his staff was great. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. It was a really pleasant experience.

Will perform surgery, but level of care after that is not acceptable No one calls back when messages are left. Even when you have questions before the actual procedure.

My sister was operated on my Dr. Motta at Boca Hospital. She is a disabled adult and I am her POA. After the surgery he saw her for a follow up. Her hand and arm were extremely swollen. I called a few days later to speak with him. I got no reply. I called again and the girl said she never took off the messages then I got a call saying the dr. Didnt have to talk to me because I am not the patient. I said the recirdsvfrom the hospital should show that I am her sister and her poa. He operated on her so he must have seen her records. The staff was nasty and a dr. Should talk to a relative of a person who cant speak for themselves. We had to have another dr. Reoperate as the work he did was not good. No follow through. Very dissatisfied with the dr. And his office staff

He demanded that my stitches after carotid artery surgery be removed when I insisted that I wasn’t healed. 10 days later I was back in the hospital with MRSA. My follow-up appointment was not only cancelled without my knowledge, but when I got to his office l, they had scheduled and cancelled another patient. We were both standing there in disbelief, Worst doctor, worst office. Don’T even make an appointment, it won’t be there when you get there!

My first appointment: Outstanding, prompt thorough exam and history completed by Doctor, provided all testing in his office: including test results reviewed and immediately evaluated. Dr. Motta returns to personally discuss the findings and his recommendations. Staff is excellent, efficient and friendly. All efficient and flawless services were received.

I have made two appointments with Dr. Motta that were both cancelled. I've waited 6 weeks. He only sees patients on Tuesdays. Please be aware there is a good chance you will never see this doctor, but will be referred to a nurse practitioner in his office.
