Great Dr - one person on staff with an attitude
Fantastic Dr - never had any issue with him or most of the staff. There is one person , who I think most people are complaining about. When you phone in with a problem - the lady that returns the call (nurse ?) - that is the rude one. Talks down to people and is disrespectful. She needs improvement or retirement.

Dr Miller is the best. Staff is the worst
Dr Miller is always pleasant and takes his time with his patients. His scheduling staff have to be the worst in Chattanooga. As much as I love Dr Miller, I am having to use a different eye doctor for an issue with my eye. Dr Miller said it’s easy to get in this office if you have problems, just call. He does not know his office staff. I called to tell them my vision had gotten so cloudy I need him to laser it. The scheduling lady said come Friday, July 7. I then heard her office manager say no. She only has 20/60 vision in that eye. So it was going to be October before I could get an appointment. I explained it was so cloudy I could not see with that eye and Dr Miller said to come. She then replied: Dr Miller doesn’t run this office. I wish he would read his reviews.

Do not expect to get help for at least a year
One year wait for an appointment. Yes, a year! No referrals, no recommendations given to me. Nothing! And my name was obviously mixed up w another patient. Now, I need help w no where to go. Ethical? Not sure. Very disappointing!

My family went to Dr. Miller for the last 10-12 years, my youngest is in college now and we needed to reschedule an appointment and they WILL NOT work around your schedule, her appointment was 3/14 and they would not give her a summer appointment, told me June of 2024 and the staff is not real friendly at all.

Have known Dr Miller ever since he went in practice. I was an RN in a local ER and was thrilled with his total presentation to the patient and how he treated me. Right after that I had a severe case of pink eye and went to see Dr Miller and I have been his patient ever since and my husband sees him also. Every person I have sent to him fell in love with him and staff. Libby

I’ve seen Dr Miller for many years and have never had a problem until recently. I was having a problem with eyes and needed an appointment. Called 3 weeks ago and was told he had no appointments until MARCH 2021!! I explained I was having pain and irritation but receptionist didn’t care. Said she couldn’t help me. I have an autoimmune disease that could effect my vision and Dr Miller said to call immediately if I had problems. Well, I tried and that’s how I was treated. Now I have a new eye doc and my problems have been resolved. Dr Miller is great but his staff has cost him a patient. And the sad truth is he’ll probably never see this review

Dr. Miller has been my doctor for many years. You couldn't find a better doctor for ALL your eye problems. He sure takes good care of my eyes. (I am age 78.) All staff members are helpful and compassionate. I am seeing double in the outer part of both eyes and staff worked me in to see him. I am confident that I am in good hands.
