Dr. John Miller, MD

Very arrogant and condescending, said he needed to look at my CT and Edoscopy as well as the notes from the other Dr's. Left the room for less than 5 seconds came back in and the first thing he said was If you don't like my oppinion you can find another Dr. I asked him to sit down and at least give me his opionion. He told me 5 more times to go find another Dr. When I sked him about what other Dr's told me he said he doesn't care what other Dr's say. Then told me my cough was just my imagination and I needed to break the cycle. I asked him so basically your putting me at ground zero and i have to figure this out on my own, he told me I could leave and when I walked out of the room he told me Just in case you can't see there's the exit as he pointed at it. I have never had anyone talk down to me as as Dr. Miller has. I would never recommend anyone to Utah Surgical Associates if this is how they treat patients. It was like Dr. Miller was BiPolar. Not a very good eperience at all!!!!

Dr. Miller is extremely professional, his demeanor is calm , caring and was spot on with how my procedure would go. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again.

Not best at “bedside manner”, but feel he is very qualified. Seems to be to busy for patients. Have procedure, over 3 houses late and never see him. Only his nurse staff apologizes for delay. Just think it is very inappropriate. I think he is very qualified, but a little tired of his arrogance. May look for another physician, Have been with him for over 8 years. Would be cautious in recommending him.

Dr Miller is an excellent Doctor. He helped my husband with 2 hernias. After 50 years of age, we had to have colonoscopies. We kept postponing our appointments for two years. After the hernia operations, and Dr Miller's explanation to do the tests, we trust him. We recommend him highly. The staff is excellent, friendly, and efficient. We are very glad to have Dr Miller and his staff to help us to keep us healthy. We trust them highly with our health and highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Miller is one of the finest surgeons my husband and I have dealt with since our move from California to Hurricane, Utah 10 years ago. He performed a colonoscopy on me and alleviated the fears that come with such a procedure. I would refer him to anyone who needs a procedure to be done or general surgery.

I had Dr. Miller do a gastric sleeve surgery and later a hernia surgery (not related). I thought he was very thorough, professional and kind. I love his office staff and can always reach them with questions. They are very good at returning calls and getting my questions answered. I would recommend him to my friends (and I have).
