If I could give zero stars I would. This dude seemed like a straight up weirdo. I took my child in for a follow up appt she was laying across the spinning stool and he proceeded to sit his butt on top of her head purposely while laughing ended up sitting on her arm. The whole interaction was not it I would not recommend him if he was the last doctor on this earth. If you take your child her please beware!

I sent in the form via fax and was told the dr was unwilling to sign the insurance form because I hadn’t been in since 9-2023. I was willing to come in. The nurse aid took my information down asked me about why I was there and if I had concerns. I told her I was there to have a form signed and I had trouble sleeping. After she left I had to wait in the exam room for about 30 minutes for the dr. Very frustrating. The dr asked a few normal questions but nothing about my sleep issues. He asked a few time about vaccinations and I declined, he argued with me about how they work and didn’t listen to me at all. He also noted I hadn’t gained some weight since my last visit. I informed him that was me trying it his way since my last visit and gained 40 lbs. I have been able to take off 20 my diet choices. He argued with me about that his way should work and I needed more portion control and more exercise. I exercise 1-2 hours a day 7 day per week. It was a very frustrating appointment.

It was quick, addressed my concerns, and planned follow up.

Not very personal able helped get some meds straightened out since Dr Ahr is no longer available.

Kind, knowledgeable, and personable doctor.

He listened, understood and was very knowledgeable.

Dr Merrill-Steskal is a very knowledgeable person with a great calming demeanor!He has a good background and does a great job of listening.

I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. We have been going to the same doctor for years. My son had his 13 year old well child check with a physical and a shot. After the appointment my son said that was the easiest appointment ever. The doctor asks thorough questions in a kind and compassionate way. It was a great experience!

He is always so nice and seems to care. Great visit

Dr. Merrill-Steskal is easy to talk to and I appreciate his willingness to refer to other professionals.

The visit went fairly smoothly, short wait in the lobby, slightly longer between Medical assistant information verification and Dr. arrival in exam room, none more than 15 minutes. All professionals were attentive and respectful.

Dr. Merrill-Steskal is always cordial and takes time to answer any questions that I have.

Dr Merrill-Steskal is simply wonderful. He is not only highly experienced and knowledgeable, but he is also so kind and a great listener. I feel very grateful to be his patient.

The worst. Imperious, pretentious, pedantic.

No empathy whatsoever. Did not discuss my pain. Only wanted to tell me that I need to lose weight.

Dr. Merrill-Steskal was my doctor for about 8 years. He always as a person and with compassion and kindness. He took his time, listened, and genuinely showed concern. He is not quick to prescribe controlled meds like many other physicians in area. Monique, his nurse has always been kind as well and answered allof my questions. I trust his and would recommend him to someone looking for a doctor and does not just want to prescribe something and push you out the door.
