Very knowledgeable and very helpful

Dr. McMurtry was wonderful! He is kind, professional, thorough in his explanations and my surgery and healing have gone very well. I expect to have him do the surgery on my other shoulder should it become necessary.

Dr. McMurtry saw me as an add on to his busy schedule for an hand problem and treated me like I was his only patient. He did a complete exam and explained my problem in easily understood terms, and explained all options and answered my questions. He recommended two injections, which were nearly painless, and completely resolved my pain in 48 hours, as he predicted! It is unusual to find a physician who can relate to a patient in a friendly and caring manner, yet still maintain a professional demeanor. I highly recommend him . P

Before making any recommendations, Dr. McMurtry drafts a plan addressing your pain, recovery, and strengthening. Stewart, my physical therapist, was a miracle worker. He ensured that I learned the exercises to address any future flare-ups continually. The entire team is caring, thoughtful, and motivated to help me get better. They were also available and responsive to all my questions. Lastly, I appreciated their time explaining what was going on with me physiologically. All providers should be this good!
