Totally incompetent office staff
After being told I had a spot in my lung( recovering from double pneumonia and a blood clot in the right lung) we waited 5 days for a CAT scan to be scheduled and NO ONE in his office had even called the insurance for authorization.

Dr McKenna is a good doctor. He always reviews your tests and chart right before he visits with you. His office is small and not fancy, but it serves the purpose. His weak point is his office staff. However, in the past six months, there have been good changes in that regard.
