FINALLY A Dr. WHO ACTUALLY CARES
My grandmother was MY HEART; & if she was still living, I would recommend her to Dr. Mandeville. Dr. Mandeville was a warm, kind & compassionate person. He’s a TRUE EXAMPLE of what a Dr. should REPRESENT! 1 of the first things we discussed during my visit was my eye disease which is called Keratoconus and is non-curable. Which by the way isn’t why I initially scheduled a visit, I came regarding my allergies. He actually seemed liked he cared about me, as well as my well being as a person, not just another patient to hurry up & check off on his list to get to the next room. Honestly, I wish there were more Dr.s like him! Perhaps, if there were more Dr.s who were kind, caring, helpful, informative, compassionate & understanding, it would ENCOURAGE more patients to schedule Dr.s visits when it seems necessary because they feel like they actually matter!!!!! THEY FEEL that their needs will be met. That’s what Dr. Mandeville did for me & it’s a blessing to have come across his path.

I saw him after a car accident as a passenger where the side air bag hit my head, with severe dizziness, splitting headache, trouble with sound and light. I also had knee and lower back pain. He totally dismissed all my symptoms, was looking at the computer screen almost the whole time. He told me I have anxiety and wrote a prescription for me. Weeks later I was diagnosed with perilymph fistular, which is a hole in the middle ear which caused severe dizziness. I needed an operation
